Najciekawsze pytania, jakie padły podczas spotkań:
– Is the return-to-office movement really about productivity, or is it about control?
– Do you think future generations will find the idea of commuting to an office five days a week ridiculous?
– Are offices primarily places for productivity, collaboration, socialising, or supervision?
– Is it fair to give remote-work privileges to office workers when nurses, teachers, factory workers and many others cannot work from home?
– If someone accepted a fully remote job, should the company be allowed to change the rules later?
